NUTRIFIT's Rockin' Moroccan spice blend gives this otherwise sweet puree enough oomph to stand up as an accompaniment to chicken and fish dishes. It's definitely different and is tastiest when using the freshest ingredients from your local farmer's market.

5 Medium carrots peeled and sliced in 1/2 inch slices
2 Peaches still slightly firm peeled, sliced in half and pitted
1 Large shallot diced
1/2 Tsp NUTRIFIT Rockin' Moroccan spice blend
1/4 Tsp Black pepper
3 Tbsp Water
1 1/2 Tsp Lemon juice
2 Tbsp no salt sweetened butter

NUTRIFIT's Rockin' Moroccan
NUTRIFIT's main ingredients of turmeric, cumin, cinnamon and cayenne pepper in their Rockin' Moroccan spice blend help these fluffy dinner rolls go great with Indian or other exotic dishes.

I use a bread maker to mix and rise the ingredients and then bake in the oven. If you don't have a bread maker you can still make this recipe but it will just take a little more elbow grease.

1 Cup water
1 Egg
3 1/4 cups bread flour
1/4 Cup sugar
3 Tsp bread yeast
2 Tbsp slightly warmed no salt butter
1 Tsp NUTRIFIT Rockin' Moroccan spice blend

Vegetable Tikka Masala Stir Fry
Using the prepared pouch of tikka masala sauce by TastyBite, this was a light vegetarian dish easy to prepare.

1 Green bell pepper cut into 2 inch x 1/4 inch strips
1 Red bell pepper cut into 2 inch x 1/4 inch strips
1 Yellow bell pepper cut into 2 inch x 1/4 inch strips
1 Small yellow onion cut into 2 inch by 1 inch strips
Pouch TastyBite Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce
2 Tbsp Olive oil
