1 1/4 Cups Whole wheat flour
1 Cup Bread flour

2 Tbsp Brown sugar

Pulled Barbecue Chicken Sandwich

The key to keeping this a low sodium sandwich is to use the lowest sodium barbecue sauce and sandwich rolls you can find. You could also make your own sandwich rolls ensuring lower sodium.

6 Skinless bonelss chicken thighs
1/2 Bottle low sodium barbecue sauce
4 - 6 Sandwich rolls

2 Cups cooked brown rice
1 Can no salt added peas (or use 1 cup fresh peas)
1/2 Red onion chopped
4 - 6 Baby Bella mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
3 Eggs
3 Tbsp Lite, Low sodium Soy sauce
1 Tsp Tobasco sauce
Black pepper to taste
3 Tbsp No salt butter

Super simple, super delicious. Perfect for guests with its easy prep and effortless cooking.

6 - 8 Pieces Skinless chicken thighs
3 White potatoes diced in 1 inch cubes
1 Large onion roughly chopped
1 1/2 Cups Baby carrots (out of the bag or chop up your own)
1 1/2 Cups Dry white wine
1 1/2 Tbsp Herbs de Provence
1 Tsp Black pepper
