The key to keeping this a low sodium sandwich is to use the lowest sodium barbecue sauce and sandwich rolls you can find. You could also make your own sandwich rolls ensuring lower sodium. 6 Skinless bonelss chicken thighs 1/2 Bottle low sodium barbecue sauce 4 - 6 Sandwich rolls
