![]() NUTRIFIT Calypso Spice Blend 1/2 Lb. Ground beef Saute the onions and green pepper in butter until just tender. Do not burn. Stir in the beef and NUTRIFIT Calypso Spice Blend. Brown the beef slightly and then pour in about 2/3 of the whiskey or scotch. Stir the beef on medium heat until the whiskey has been absorbed. Pour in the remaining whiskey, place a lid on the pan and simmer for 10 - 15 or until most, but not all, of the remaining whiskey has been absorbed. Serve over rice. Sodium Content: Less than 100 mg.
