1/2 Jar FR No Salt Added Pasta Sauce 1 Red bell pepper, chopped Crushed red pepper (to taste) Splash olive oil Heat the olive oil in a pan and then add in the red bell pepper. Heat the pepper and stir until it begins to soften. Add the crushed red pepper and stir. In a separate pot, begin heating the pasta sauce and add in the pepper mixture. When heated, add to your noodles. Serves 2 - 3. Sodium: 20 - 30 mg per serving.
