2 Cups All-purpose flour 1/3 Cup No-salt butter 1/3 Cup Shortening 1/3 Cup Cold water 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
Sift the flour into a bowl. Add the butter and shortening and chop up into smaller pieces.
Make a well in the flour mixture and add the vanilla. Begin pouring in a bit of the water at a time and blending with your hands until formed into a cohesive dough.
Use immediately or store in the refrigerator until needed.
