Flax is a known source of high fiber and antioxidants. It's a very healthy supplement to any diet, yet most people probably don't know what it is or how to use it. I am a big fan of cereals that include flax but there are other uses as well including adding to yogurt, smoothies and sprinkling on meatloaf. Ground flaxseed is also great in bread. Besides the high nutrtitional value of flax, it also cotains no sodium! 1 Cup Water 2 Tbsp No Salt butter 1 Egg 2 1/4 Cup bread flour 1 Cup Ground organic flaxseed meal 1/2 Cup sugar 3 Tsp yeast 2 Tbsp Grated orange peel 1/2 Cup crushed walnuts 2 Tbsp Melted No salt butter
